Stuffed Cabbage Rolls Galumpkis

    These were DELICIOUS!! I'm not sure how much 1 1/2 quarts of tomatoes are, didn't feel like measuring...so I guessed. I actually ended up using 1 can crushed, 1 diced and 1 small can of sauce. Worked perfect! I did only cook them about 1 1/2 hours and that was good too...don't see the need for 3-4. I liked the idea for the cabbage leaves on the bottom and top of the whole mix...helped with burning them and kinda steamed them. Didn't need any extra water either. We LOVED them!!!

    Thanks again Marie! You do have to keep checking the seasoning of S&P since there is so much canned tomatoes being used.....very good way to use a giant head of cabbage!
