Recipe by Noms: Stuffed Pepper Soup
A delicious and hearty soup. It must be stirred about every 10 minutes to keep the rice from sticking to the bottom and scorching.
Course chunked the veggies and whizzed them up in the food processor.
The S&P amounts are switched IMHO. So I switched them back.

Interesting soup. Very clever. Looks like the picture on the recipe has some cheese on it but I don't see that ingredient in the recipe.
