  A good stuffed bell pepper recipe. I like the parboil on the peppers to ensure they are cooked through. Nothing turns me off like having to crunch my way through a stuffed pepper. Made a pic. Casserole dish looks dry coming out of the oven, but it is flavorful and juicy.
