Summer Potato Salad

Recipe by Cheffiona: Summer Potato Salad
Two Tbsp lemon juice per 4c diced potatoes gives this dish plenty of pucker power. But there is nothing wrong with the rest of the ingredients to make this a nice side dish.
No pic. Made this recipe quite a while back.

Wow, that's a lot of seasoning for potato salad, and I would be afraid you couldn't taste the potatoes!

That is a lot of lemon juice for only 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. I've never had Worcestershire sauce in potato salad. It looks interesting.

Different recipe, that's for sure. Makes me think of German potato salad. Wonder if that's what the creator was going for.

That dressing looks really good to me! Almost sounds like a Caesar dressing, you just need the garlic :)
I find the pucker power varies greatly depending on the lemons, so adjusting the oil/sugar ratio to acid is almost always needed with fresh lemon juice. (The bottled stuff is always super acidic to me though!)
I love lemon with potatoes, will have to try this soon! :)

Wow sounds nice a tart, but I think I would love it. I agree with Shona, the older your lemon the more sour it is, so it's always good to taste and slowly add the lemon juice, especially with large amounts :)
