    Nice texture with the cubed squash. Liked the addition of salsa.
    Could have been more salt but it is OK.
    Doubled the sour cream and used French Cream Creme Fraiche just because that's how much I had.

    Squash keeps producing until a killing frost. Mother's getting tired of it. She always asks me to make some squash. I think that's over. :-O Took a 5gal bucket full to the senior center this morning. It'll be time to cull this weeks crop come Thursday. Freezer is growing with squash dishes.
