  Recipe by Jo_jo_ba: Super Natural Apple Loaf
  Good apple cinnamon flavor. Wish the loaf had a little rise to it.
  Found the Maca powder but it had a platinum price so I left it out.
  Couldn't find the Kasha kernels but did find it as the main ingredient in Go Lean breakfast cereal so I used that.
  Over-sized the loaf pan so my loaf came out a little squatty.
  Would like to make this again using some baking powder.

  It was moist as dense goes. A little bit of a hard crust but not that bad. Among the attributes of maca powder is its ability to improve the sex drive.
  My loaf was similar but more squatty looking.
