I had an enchirito for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I really loved it. I had these bookmarked since they were posted so figured it was time I tried them out. These were really very good and had a nice spicy flavor to them. I think the enchirito I had just had ground beef in it but I love beef and beans together so I liked the addition of the beans. This recipe makes a lot of food! Luckily, I had a friend drop by right around dinnertime to help me out with these. He said five stars. :) A bit more detail on the recipe.

Oh gosh we love Taco Bell lol! Those enchiritos are so good!! We smother everything in fire sauce! Were these close to the original (besides the beans)? Looks delicious!

They are close, ml2c. And I guess my enchirito must have had beans in it because I went to Taco Bell's site and there a picture of an enchirito there that clearly has beans in it. I guess I just didn't notice with all that great sauce. :)
