Tacos Al Pastor

Every one of Latinfoodie's recipes I have made are fantastic, and this is another one :) I used thick cut pork chops and cut up into about 1/2-1 inch cubes. Marinated for about 2 1/2 hours. LOVED IT!! Wasn't too spicy for the kiddos either but I did leave out the cayenne. Used purple cabbage and I made an avocado sauce to go with, which was really good. I'll post the link for it when the website decides to work for me :| I cooked my corn tortillas straight over my gas burners. I kept the onions and cilantro separate since most of my family do not like raw onions but do like cilantro. Delicious tacos!!

I had to Google what "al pastor" meant. :)
That looks fantastic! Orange juice goes really well with pork, I think.
