Made this last night, it has a wonderful flavor. Radicchio was something we ate growing up, mostly in a salad and i still do. Review on recipe:Tangy Sauteed Radicchio

Made this last night and loved the flavour of the radicchio. Will be making again but next time will use white balsamic vinegar. Mine did not turn out like the picture and I think that is because of the color of the vinegar I used.
