How to make it

  • Heat olive oil on low in a pan and add garlic. Saute about 1 minute then throw in radicchio and thyme. Saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add balsamic and honey right at the end along with S&P. Saute about 30 seconds more. Enjoy!

    March 16/16 I had seen Radicchio is the grocery stores and often wondered how to use it. Thanks to another reviewer I not only found this decided to give it a try. Boy this is a fantastic recipe. The only tweak I may do the next time I make is use White Balsamic Vinegar. Mine did not turn out the bright red as the picture and it more has to do with the vinegar I had used. Thank you Mommylvus2cook for sharing this recipes.

    This was so very good, i usually put Radicchio in a salad the way my mom did,. I loved the taste of it done this way, it was quite refreshing.A keeper!! Thank you..
