Tangy Sauteed Radicchio

- 2 heads radicchio, chopped or torn into bite size pieces shopping list
- Olive oil shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme (1 tsp. if using fresh) shopping list
- 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tbs. honey shopping list
- S&P to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil on low in a pan and add garlic. Saute about 1 minute then throw in radicchio and thyme. Saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add balsamic and honey right at the end along with S&P. Saute about 30 seconds more. Enjoy!

This was so very good, i usually put Radicchio in a salad the way my mom did,. I loved the taste of it done this way, it was quite refreshing.A keeper!! Thank you..
