I loved this recipe, great flavour and texture. I'm not sure why I couldn't rate the recipe but I gave it five stars. Thanks so much for posting this, ML2C

Oh and I was wrong about there not being any other recipes for radicchio on this site, I typed it in again yesterday and a whole page plus some popped up! I must have been spelling it wrong, or the site was being wonky lol. Going to change my intro :)
