Bhs Salmon Teriyaki With Seasoned Corn On The Side
    by Pinoy Cook BH
I was drawn to the recipe as I thought the soya sauce/Worcestershire sauce might be an interesting combination but I'm afraid I didn't really care for this recipe. It was fine, but I wouldn't make it again.
The instructions are somewhat vague regarding the lemon....is it just the juice from the lemon used in the marinade or slices of lemon?
Had some corn in the freezer I'd cut off cobs in the fall. Not sure that Salmon Teriyaki and corn are a match made in heaven, but like I say....it was fine. Just not my 'cup of tea'.
    Didn't take a picture.

I don't know about salmon with corn are a match made in heaven either. I don't think corn would be my veggie of choice with salmon? Too bad you didn't like this very well, Janet:( I hate it when that happens!

That's really too bad it didn't work out for you. Yes, the instructions leave something to be desired. I can just see a newbie cook putting a whole lemon in a bag with the other stuff. I think it means the juice of one lemon. I think I'd be OK with corn with salmon but I love corn with anything. :-)

I always think of salmon and asparagus as a perfect match....not sure if corn is the right choice either! Too bad this wasn't that great Janet, hate when that happens!

I've been on a streak of making new recipes this past week. A lot of times you have to try quite a few before finding a "REALLY" good one. All part of the fun right! :)
