Who can't boil water!
Cheap, easy, delicious, almost instant.
No reason why a low budget meal can't be enjoyed.
Added instant mashed potato flakes to soak up any extra liquid.

Never have done the spaghet/hotdog thing.
Vienna's are on the salty side for me but the Ramen mitigates it quite well.
