White Wine and Garlic Pork Roast

Made this dish posted by Lillian for dinner last night. It was tender, flavorful and delicious.I did not use the sauce and would cut back a little on the oil. I marinated in zip loc bag. I made a gravy to go with it. It was delicious and would make again. Thanks Lillian

Thank you for trying my recipe! I'm so glad you liked it! Yes, it does have alot of oil. I was trying to make this recipe sort of like a scampi for pork. But just using it as a marinade is great too! What kind of gravy did make?

I love your photo! Nicely browned! =)

Thanks Pleclare! I don't think I've ever seen that...I'll have to look for that in the store! I usually by canned gravy, but I'm not too happy with it. It always tastes like cream of chicken soup!

Thanks Susan! I hope you will try it! =)

Thank you so much Frankieanne! The link does help...I'm a CRAFTER too! lol!

Oh, we don't have Christmas Tree Stores...well, I mean we have Christmas tree stores, but they only sell Christmas tree stuff!

Wow! I'm getting store envy! It seems like everyone has better stores than I do! Points' store sells fresh bay leaves, your store sells 'better than gravy' mixes! I have to settle for dried bay leaves and canned gravy! =(

I'll send them to you for price and postage. Else they're going back to the store. I have plenty of dried bay leaves to last me. They are at LEAST twice the size of the dried bottled ones.
