Zesty Summer Shrimp

    I cooked this yesterday. I followed the directions to a "T". I would make this again except change the temperature a little. Cooking the garlic on high heat had browned the garlic. I quickly reduced the heat to medium and remained cooking adding the rest of the ingredients. It was very tasty and I liked it.

    Good catch about the temperature, Cheryl. I didn't cook it on high either. Whenever a recipe says to cook something on high, I never do unless boiling is involved. I've never had good look with high heat and cooking. I get sidetracked too easily. :)
