  Recipe by Pleclare: Zucchini And Summer Squash Casserole/saved
  Nice casserole. Good flavor. Sets up well when plated but is still delicate.
  Fits into a 7x11 casserole dish.
  Used only yellow squash because I have an overabundance. Also sprinkled some butter pieces on the topping to try help it not be so powdery.
  The pepper is not overpowering even though it is out of ratio with the salt.
