Zucchini Casserole

    I made this last night and we loved it! I can see this recipe working with a variety of veggies. Nice and cheesey without being so over the top ooey gooey, and the breadcrumbs were golden and just a little crispy. Great blend of flavors. Will be making this one often.

    I didn't take a pic...it looked just like the one on the recipe page. Great post, Pat.
