I made this last night and we loved it! I can see this recipe working with a variety of veggies. Nice and cheesey without being so over the top ooey gooey, and the breadcrumbs were golden and just a little crispy. Great blend of flavors. Will be making this one often.

Great recipe! My grandmother (Grand ma Fudd) gave almost the exact same recipe to my Mother 60+ years ago! God only knows how long she had been making it or where she got it. It is a true Fudd family tradition now. We aren't related are we? Just happened to run into your posting.
