Flax Seed

I put ground flax seed in Spaghetti Sauce, Cakes, and Muffins. I was just wondering if anyone else had any good ideas of what to use it in.

Flax seeds can be used in or on top of bread too.

I use flax seed - ground in place of eggs - it makes for a great substitute for eggs in pancakes, cookies and muffins. Same properties as eggs in terms of emulsifying and thickening. Use 1 T group flax seed and add enough warm water to make a 1/4 cup. Let stand till gooey - about 3 minutes. Ta Da!
