Teeth chattering Tuesday

I know the temp is not that cold but after the very warm weather we had a couple of weeks ago this 60 degree weather is freezing me! I know, I'm a wimp! LOL

I'm pretty sure it is going to be leftovers tonight. I'm also going to do a small King Ranch casserole to use up that chicken.

Doing a beer butt chicken here tonight...with mashed potatoes and gravy, of course. Thought I'd maybe do a creamed spinach too. Rachael Ray does one using cream cheese instead of cream that's pretty good and easy to make...Now, if I can only find the recipe...LOL

I froze some of the pulled pork bbq last time I made a big batch, and sat that out to thaw today. Probably corn and baked beans to go with.

Ang I'm right there with ya...I ran my little heater last nite!

Judy I just read your King Ranch Chicken Casserole. How funny...that's almost exactly my Mexican Chicken Pie! Only mine uses Doritos on bottom and on top. I throw in a can of green chiles and some black olives. It's an old family fave. My kids request that alot!! YUM YUM!

I ended up doing some wafer steaks and scalloped taters last night. King ranch chicken tonight with broccoli--for them, some strawberry shortcake--for me--strawberries!

I'm helping a friend sell Avon now, so if anyone wants to order online, just let me know and I'll give you HER website address---they ship it right to you at your home. I'm just doing it to help HER get her orders up, they just moved here from OHIO, so in order for her to get her downline $$, she needs to get a certain number of dollars ordered every campaign.

However, if I do help her locally---then I stand to at least get the products for a lower price, which is always nice. Every dollar matters these days since I'm trying to pay LAWYERS!

Made an 8x8 King Ranch, pulled some chili out of the freezer, have some other leftovers...noodles, tater tot casserole...buffet night!

I am so tired. Both kids were up last night because of a stupid computer prank. While we were at the office Becca was on the computer playing a kids game on a website and there was a link to check to see if you are color blind. well she started the test and then she got the scary monster girl face jumped out at her. I was in the next office she screamed so loud, came running into my arms and grabbed me so hard she actually brusied my arm. people from the offices downstairs came running up. I couldn't even figure out what happeded she screamed for like 5 minutes. So no sleep, started with her in her bed she finally fell asleep around 2 am i went into my own bed and then Woke up a half an hour later to Rachel standing over me.
