It took me years to get it right, but I finally did! My best pie memory is my Grandmas apple pie..she made the best! I love to bake pies..cherry, pecan, anything I can pile in a crust!! I will add my pies to the list!! Happy Baking!!
By the way did anyone watch the movie Waitress? I wanted to watch it because of the pies!

Your so right about pie crust. There are times when Im in a hurry and it dosen't turn out quite right...but it seems the times I make it for a loved one, It comes out perfect!!! I agree with you ..... It's got to come from the heart.

That is the main reason I liked the show Waitress( I hated all the cheating on eachother) But ...the pies she made up and the stories behind them were great!

Another thing is when I make a pie it relaxes me and I really think it's a great stress reliever.
