    I baked the following:
all biscotti has been vacum sealed and frozen in small packs)
    Tiramisu Biscotti
    Gingerbread Biscotti

Please let me know what you are interested in:)

I forgot to say that I live near a Trader Joes (love the corn/chile salsa) and a wonderful Italian grocery store (chickpea flour, lemon and orange liquer that are great for cookies!) so in case anyone would want something, just ask and as long as I can send it, you're good.

I'll trade you some gingerbread biscotti for that baklava, if you'd like. My hubby loves gingerbread everything!

    You ladies are on!
Juels I would love some baklava!
Lillian - do you want the red or the tomatillo?
Give me a couple of days to get my life back to semi-sane and I'll message you for addresses and such. I am taking the weekend off from the kitchen remodel to get caught up in the other areas of my life...cleaning and getting rid of the small piles that are accumulating throughout my house!

Angel your a sweetie! I would love to try your roasted red salsa! But what can I send you? Take a look at my list ...or if you would like something from a store here on Long Island, I would be happy to get it for you! Just say the word!

I hope all is well with your kitchen remodel...been there, done that and I know how stressful it can be! Take your time...there's no rush!

I need a little time too. I don't have my Baklava frozen, so I'd have to make plans and stop by the store for the ingredients needed. The perfect time for me would be after February 25, as I am working on some homework (classes I take on line) and my assignment is due by Feb. 24. You can still send me your address whenever and I'll send you mine. Let me know if that works for you.

    Hi Jett!

Laurieg - can you make a small (personal sized) kahula cake? I am so rocking this weight thing now, I hate to ruin it (and no, I don't like the thought of having to do more time on the Nordic Trak to burn off those wonderfully delicious calories either!) Eight pounds gone in three weeks! (Remember the tortoise wins the race!)

Trigger - I am interested in the olive oil! It will be great for my salads! What would you like?

Juels - I am with you on needing time. My beautiful granite countertop for baking (just one three foot section - the rest is regular formica) will not be ready until the 24th, so baking is temporarily halted until the following weekend. But you are definitely on - Gingerbread biscotti will be coming your way! Oh, same thing goes - don't send me too much or I will eat it all myself! At the end of March, I go get certified for advanced open water diving in a grueling weekend of cold water diving, so I am trying to stay on track.

If anyone has suggestions about what they would like for future consumption, I will try to can it this summer (like the pickeled green tomatoes).

Angelina I usually make it in a bundt cake pan, I know it freezes. So I would suggest cutting it in half and putting half in the freezer for a later date. PM me with your address and I will give you mine when you are ready. How did we say we are shipping these?

I thought we were shipping these UPS or maybe we should use US Priority mail.
Does anyone live by me? (St. Louis, MO) I can ship in a three state radius by UPS Ground and it will be delivered usually by the end of the next day.

Laurieg - Let me get back to you...I'm going to look at the cereal bars. I'm very tempted by the kaluha cake, but like I said, I don't want to jump too far off the track I'm on right now.

The cereal bars would probably travel better. I am in Massachusets.
