Moltobuono (GroupRank 7) Posted 7 months, 3 weeks ago: Incredible value for money! This restaurant in the Roman countryside occupies the wine cellars of an 11th century restored castle. Classy, warm atmosphere, excellent service, stunning views over olive groves. The cuisine is traditional Italian with a creative twist. Antipasti are not to be missed, especially 'frittini', deep fried battered vegetables, apples and oranges. Their home made pastas are great, as well as lamb and beef dishes and desserts such us Chocolate soufflé, with melted chocolate inside! If this restaurant would be in any large city, the bill would be about $ 75++ per person. Excellent choice of local, Tuscan and Umbrian wines.
