Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In oven, preheat baking dish drizzled with olive oil.
  • Place fillets skin-side down on flat surface, rub with lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle with seasonings in following order:
  • rosemary - paprika - adobo - black pepper - and salt.
  • Lightly drizzle with honey; sprinkle with pecans and seal with generous coating of cooking spray.
  • Place fillets skin-side down in preheated baking dish.
  • Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until fillets flake easily with fork.
  • Serves 6
  • Exchanges: 3 meats, 1/2 fat

    Thanks for the recipe. I've actually been on a fish kick lately and have been trying to find something I can eat since I don't care for fish that much. I love the pecans!
