The biggest draw is the wine selection which composes an entire wall of the restaurant. Be sure to come early and spend some time in the wine bar drinking and tasting cheese.
The interior is quite nice and the live music(jazz) certainly adds to the atmosphere but it can be VERY noisy at times. Every time I go to Bacar my friends must talk me out of getting the same thing: rib-eye. It is just so spectacular I can't help myself. Hey, at least I mix it up with the rest of the courses. Oh speaking of other courses, get the chocolate banana bread pudding for dessert.
