They will make cold noodles and sesame sauce upon request (my favorite). But the feature of Chow's is the buffet. It is not an expansive buffet with only one line, but there is a good variety: three soups, appetizers, and many entrees. The staff keeps the buffet clean and spruced up. On Friday and Saturday evenings, unlimited King crab legs are provided. The price of the buffet does increase on those evenings. The deal to be had is to dine prior to 4:00. The same buffet is provided from 11:00 until 4:00 for several dollars less. We enjoy dining here. Make no mistake: this is not Chinatown, but for the Millville area, it is a fine place to get typical Chinese dining.
