Corn Dog Muffins

I love corn dogs, but they aren't the easiest thing to prepare, so when I saw this recipe on allrecipes.com, I got very excited. It looks easy and very kid friendly.
Ingredients
- 2 (8.5 oz) packages corn bread mix shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 9 hot dogs, cut in half (you can also use cocktail weiners) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Lightly grease muffin tins
- Stir together the cornbread mix and the brown sugar
- Whisk the eggs and milk until smooth
- Fold the egg mixture and cheese into the dry mixture until moistened
- Spoon mixture into muffin tins until 2/3 full
- Add 1 hot dog half to each muffin
- Bake 14 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown
