How to make it

  • Sauté the onions and green pepper in butter or margarine. Melt Velveeta cheese cubes and mix with onion and green pepper. Add a can of pimentos with liquid. Season with chili powder and garlic salt.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, warmed pita bread, or lahvosh. Save any leftovers in the fridge and mix in rice and/or beans as a side dish for dinner later in the week
