Bob Barkers Mexican Chili Con Queso

- 3/4 c. chopped onions shopping list
- 1/3 c. chopped green peppers shopping list
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed shopping list
- small can green chilies shopping list
- 1 small can (4 oz.) pimentos with liquid shopping list
- 1 T. garlic salt shopping list
- 2 T. butter or margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté the onions and green pepper in butter or margarine. Melt Velveeta cheese cubes and mix with onion and green pepper. Add a can of pimentos with liquid. Season with chili powder and garlic salt.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, warmed pita bread, or lahvosh. Save any leftovers in the fridge and mix in rice and/or beans as a side dish for dinner later in the week
