How to make it

  • in a lrge skillet warm olive oil and throw in chillies in order not to burn
  • for about 2 minutes. increase heat to medium and add garlic and let sizzle for 20 seconds.avoid garlic turning brown or burnt. throw in
  • 1/3 of parsley and 1/4 of the lemon juice....when start to bubble slightly add tomatoes and cook for about 3-4 minutes so tomatoes can absorbe the juices mixture. put in the shrimps and second 3rd of the parsley and half of the remainder of lemon.juice
  • imeantime n another boiling pot have spaghetti cook for about 2 minutes or as per cooking instructions.
  • once spaghetti ready,drain and add to the skillet, mix well.
  • devide into 4 or 6 portions and sprinkle equal amount of remaining parsely on each plate
  • serve with champagne (veuve cliicquot my favourite) or new zealand sauvignon blanc
