Ingredients

(1ST LAYER)

1c. chopped nuts

1c. flour

1\2 c. butter

3tblsp white sugar

(2ND LAYER)

3oz. pkg cream cheese

1 c. icing sugar

1\2 large tub of coolwhip

(3RD LAYER)

2 c. milk

1 sm pkg of chocolate instant pudding

1 sm pkg vanilla pudding

(TOPPING)

cool whip

shaved chocolate

Directions

1ST LAYER--- Mix and press into a 9 x 16 inch pan. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER--- Spread over cooled base

3RD LAYER--- Mix ingredients and spread over cream cheese mixture.

TOPPING--- Cool Whip, Shaved Chocolate. Cover with cool whip and sprinkle with shaved chocolate!

Holy Moses! A great Aunt used to bring this to family picnics ages ago when I was a kid. She passed several years ago and I've always wanted to be able to make this.... though I'm thinkin' she didn't call it "sex in a pan" - or maybe she did ;)
