Ingredients
  • 1 cup compelete buttermilk biscuit mix
  • 1 pkg.{3.4 oz.} instand butterscotch pudding mix{May use sugar free
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans toasted

Directions
  1. In a large bowl beat the biscuit mix pudding mix butter and egg till blended
  2. stir in pecans
  3. Drop by tablespoonsful 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet flatten with bottom of glass.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees 8-10 minutes untill edges begin to brown remove to wire rack to cool
