Pauls Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
This is my brother's spaghetti sauce recipe. You make it in a roaster..so easy and delicious.

Ingredients
  • Sauce
  • 2 big cans of tomatoes
  • 3 big cans of paste
  • 2 ½ cups of water
  • 1 tsp savory
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Meatballs
  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Finely chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cheese (shredded)
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp savory
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp celery salt

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients for sauce in a large roaster. Then mix all ingredients for the meatballs together and put in sauce raw.
  2. Put another cup of cheese on top when ready for oven.
  3. Cover and cook at 350 for 2 hours
  4. You can add whatever meat you like. I add sausage.

It looks very easy to do.Thank you for sharing though.5 forks for ya.The group that you see on the side is one in a few that I have so far.


The best thing I like about this is cooking it all in the oven..Saves on alot of mess.


How long in oven and for how long? It is not showing that on my page.


Lol Well shoot..This was my first post..sorry. I only put it at the top. 2 hours at 350. I'll fix it now!!
