Unbeleiveable Spinach Calzones

Delicious ,satisfying and easy to make.. Serve with marinara sauce to dip them in. Allrecipes
Ingredients
- 1 (15oz) container ricotta cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 Tbs italian seasoning shopping list
- 1 c freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach,thawed,squeezed dry. shopping list
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen white bread dough or refrigerated pizza dough shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese,eggs,Italian seasoning mozzarella,parmesan and spinach. Set aside
- Divide bread dough into 8 pieces and roll each piece out to about an 8" circle. Spoon about 1/2 c ricotta filling onto each circle,fold over and seal edges. Place onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 30 mins. in preheated oven,or till nicely browned on the tops and bottoms.
