This is the most delicious way to prepare zucchini that I've ever had. As a kid I would always ask my mom for seconds.

Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- garlic powder (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Peel, and thinly slice zucchini.
- Warm oil in skillet over medium heat, add zucchini.
- Season to taste after the zucchini begins to soften.
- Cook until translucent, or desired firmness.

I do these too! I add onion and parmesan on the tops when they've cooked through. And garlic salt. Ahhh. so good.
