Ingredients

2 8 ounce packages Cream Cheese

1 8 ounce packages shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 6 ounce package dried Cranberries (I use Craisins)

2 Tablespoons Honey

Directions

Combine/mix all ingredients in a bowl and shape into a ball. Transfer the ball into a giant zip lock bag containing 1 cup of chopped Walnuts or Pecans.

Roll the cheese ball, in the bag, so the nuts are on the surface of it. Allow the cheese ball to sit over night for the ingredients to combine well.

Yields: 1 big (or 2 small) Cheese Balls
