This pairs perfectly with carrot cake.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese ; softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pound powdered sugar
Directions
- Cream together butter, cream cheese and vanilla.
- Beat in powdered sugar.
- Frost cake as desired.
- NOTES :
- For a bundt cake, use half the frosting recipe.
- If using for piping, add more powdered sugar until it holds it's shape.
