How to make it

  • Put milk, cheeses and butter in a pan and heat on low-med heat just to melt the cheeses.
  • Put the partially thawed potatoes in a 9X13 baking dish.
  • Pour sauce over potatoes, DO NOT STIR.
  • Let set for at least 2 hours or over night.
  • Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 mins
