Ingredients

1/2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 Tbs. butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

1 Tbs. white wine

1 Tbs. lemon juice

Directions

Put the butter and garlic in a shallow dish (I used a pie plate) and microwave on high for two minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together to mix. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on 50% power for six minutes. Let sit covered for three minutes. Serve over pasta or rice.
