How to make it

  • Cook honey and lime juice in a small, nonreactive saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until reduced by 1/2 and the consistency of a syrup. Reserve to cool.
  • Skewer and grill chunks of watermelon on medium for about 3 minutes on each side. Serve drizzled with honey-lime syrup. Garnish with fresh fruit. Grilled pineapple wedges.

    I like grilled watermelon with chipotle chili powder and a pinch of salt. Finish with a squeeze of lime. Good stuff
