Simple yet easy to make on any occasion.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 md onion, chopped
  • 2 t butter
  • 1 C shredded carrot
  • 3 C shredded cabbage
  • 1 t salt, dash of pepper
  • 1 jar (16 oz) spagetti sauce
  • 1 T worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 C cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Saute onion until soft
  3. Add ground meat, cook thoroughly
  4. In a 2 quart casserole, layer carrot and half of cabbage, sprinkle with salt and peper
  5. Add meat mixture
  6. Add remaining cabbage
  7. Mix spagetti sauce, worchestershire sauce and pour over top of the casserole
  8. Bake covered for an hour
  9. Add cheese and bake uncovered for about 5-8 minutes
  10. Enjoy!
