lebanese spicey grilled chicken

- 6 whole chicken legs lightly scored shopping list
- 4 juicy lemons shopping list
- 6-8 large cloves of garlic shopping list
- 2-3 hot red or green chllis shopping list
- pinch of seasalt shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary shopping list
How to make it
- crush garlic cloves with skin on,squeeze all the lemons. chop the rosemary and crush slightly.coarsely chop th peppers. mic all the ingredients except the chicken. in a large enough deep dish pour the marinade over the chicken,turn few time sto coat. the chicken.
- marinade for 30 minutes,turning chicken twice during that period.
- curn the gas gril on on one side on medium high,place all the chicken on the ''unlit;;side for indirect heat. cook for 25 minutes
- turn chicken on its other side and cook for another 20 minutes
- it will be nice and golden...check for doneness by inserting knive
- in the meet...if the juice is clear ...then your food is ready
