Little rolls telichtaria

- 1 kg ground pork. shopping list
- 10 thin slices pork schnitzel. shopping list
- 1 c milk. shopping list
- rind of 1 lemon shredded. shopping list
- 2 tbs bread crumbs. shopping list
- 4 tbs parmesan shredded ( or any other hard sharp cheese will do ). shopping list
- 2 eggs. shopping list
- 1/2 ts ground cloves. shopping list
- 1/4 ts ground nutmeg. shopping list
- 10 thin slices ham chopped. shopping list
- 2 tbs unsalted butter. shopping list
- 2 tbs olive oil. shopping list
- 250 ml white whine or beef broth. shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon. shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Put ground meat, milk, lemon rind, bread crumbs, cheese, spices, ham, the slightly beaten eggs, pepper and salt to taste in a big bowl.
- Knead for 10 min till everything has been well mixed.
- Let rest for 15 min on room temperature.
- Mould 10 croquettes and put 1 in the middle of each schnitzel and roll them and fix with 2 toothpicks.
- Heat butter and oil in a deep frying pan and bake the rolls on each side for 2 minutes.
- Add the whine/broth and lemon juice and cook on medium heat for 12 - 15 minutes.
- Serve with rice andd a green salad.
