my version of Mexican Beef An Taters

- 1 lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 /2 green pepper shopping list
- 1/2 red pepper shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 1 Pkg taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 4 cups Hashbrowns Cubed not Shredded Variety shopping list
- 1 pkg {10 oz.} frozen corn shopping list
- 1/2 lb.{8 oz.} pepperjack cheese cubed or Colbey cheese cubed shopping list
- 1/2 inch peices shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven 350
- Brown meat peppers,onion in large skillet drain
- Return to skillet
- Stir in Taco seasoning and water
- Add potatoes and corn and cheese of your choice
- Or may mix 1/2 colby cheese and 1/2 pepperjack
- Spoon into 13x 9 Baking dish cover with foil
- Bake 20 minutes Stir
- Bake uncovered 15 minutes till heated through
- 6 servings 1 1/3 cup each
