Snow Pea Slaw

A very refreshing low-fat salad idea, it is very good and good for you.
Ingredients
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 tsp. pepper, freshly ground shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list

- Slaw: shopping list
- 2 cups snow peas, thinly, diagonally sliced shopping list
- 1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 cup yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 cup red onions, thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- In a large bowl, toss together the slaw ingredients
- Lightly drizzle the dressing over the slaw.
- Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the top
