Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat 10 inch nonstick skillet over medium-high.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan into a disk shape.
  • Note: Keep cheese light around the edges-so that it looks lacy.
  • When disk is lightly golden underneath, carefully remove it using a spatula and your fingers.
  • Quickly drape disk over the bottom of a water glass, golden side up, and press to form a bowl.
  • Cooled baskets can sit for several hours.

    I've seen this done but I've never made them! I'll have to try it sometime! I like the idea of using it as a salad bowl!
