Parmesan Basket

- Shredded (not grated) parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat 10 inch nonstick skillet over medium-high.
- Sprinkle Parmesan into a disk shape.
- Note: Keep cheese light around the edges-so that it looks lacy.
- When disk is lightly golden underneath, carefully remove it using a spatula and your fingers.
- Quickly drape disk over the bottom of a water glass, golden side up, and press to form a bowl.
- Cooled baskets can sit for several hours.
