Banana Shortcake

This is absolutely delicious one of my favorite cakes .light and tasty
Ingredients
- 1-white cake mix ..........make it like it says on the box bake in rectangular pan....... shopping list
- 1/2- pint of whipping cream add a touch of sugar to sweetened it some shopping list
- 1- pint of pineapple sherbet shopping list
- 1 - pint of vanilla ice-cream shopping list
- 3-4- sliced bananas........... reserve some for bottom of cake shopping list
How to make it
- Mash together the bananas , ice cream and sherbet
- fold into whipped cream already whipped......... and mix
- when cake is cooled cut cake into squares
- spit in half and place on serving plates
- put a few sliced bananas on bottom layer then place top layer over it and spoon generous portions of whipped cream mixture over it
- put a couple more banana slices on top and serve .....yummy
- i sometimes put some whipped cream inbetween too....i alwsay make extra lol
- makes 8-9 generous servings
- use your own favorite cake recipe!!!
