Elaines BBQ Stir Fry

Fresh baby carrots, onion, peppers… all combined in a delicious grilled stir-fry, to compliment your next outdoor feast!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups fresh baby carrots shopping list
- ¼ medium sized sweet spanish onion shopping list
- ½ green sweet bell pepper shopping list
- 1 small sweet red pepper shopping list
- 3 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the veggies into thin slices (battonette)
- Place in BBQ pan with the olive oil, salt & pepper
- Cook over low flame until veggies are soft
