How to make it
- Mix the flour, the abused crackers and your seasoning into a bowl large enough to put a tenderloin into.
- Mix the milk and eggs in a bowl large enough to put a tenderloin into.
- Set aside
- Okay now! You take one of the tenderloins and put it on a nice wooden table.
- You take your meat tenderizer mallet and beat the crap out of it until it is thin, flat and big!!
- You then put it into the egg milk mixture, coating both side well.
- Then over to the flour cracker mixture, coating it well there also.
- ~Now this family would drop this into a deep fryer and fry it until done.
- I put it into a frying pan and fry it there.
- I did not own a deep fryer until last week!!!
- ~You then put it on the bottom side of the bun.
- On the top side of the bun should be the onion, lettuce and tomato slice.
- Pickle and chips on the side.
- This is sooooo good!
- When this was ready to serve you could not see the pickle or the paper plate it was served on.
- The tenderloin was flatted out that big.
- These people special ordered these cuts from a butcher in Columbia, MO.
- These were great.
- Mine never come out as good!
