Beer Dill Quickbread

- 3 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2 tsp. ground mustard seed shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced fresh dill shopping list
- 12 oz. porter or other dark beer shopping list
How to make it
- . Heat oven to 400F. Grease a good quality 9 x 5 loaf pan
- . Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- . Add beer and mix until just blended then spoon into pan.
- . Bake for 50 - 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.
