Ingredients

How to make it

  • In medium skiller combined meatballs tomatoes cumin and cinnamon.
  • Simmer over hmedium heat untill meatballs fully cooked{6 minutes}
  • In medium sauce pan bring water to boil.
  • Add couscous vegetables cover remove from heat let sit 5 minutes fluff with fork.
  • Whisk together yogurt Garlic and mint
  • Transfer couscous to serving platter top with meatballs and tomatoes
  • Drizzle with yogurt mixture or serve on side

    you might find the meatballs in walmart supercent or as elaine make your own ,didnt have any flavor clash. thanks for comments and ratings to all hugs momo
