Moroccan Turkey Meatballs

- 1 Pkg.(12 oz.) Italian style turkey meatballs shopping list
- 1 {14.5 oz.} Italian or stewed tomatoes] shopping list
- 1 cup frozen veggies your choice} shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic crushed shopping list
- 2 tsp. dried mint shopping list
- 2/3 cup lowfat yougurt shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1 cup whole wheat couscous shopping list
How to make it
- In medium skiller combined meatballs tomatoes cumin and cinnamon.
- Simmer over hmedium heat untill meatballs fully cooked{6 minutes}
- In medium sauce pan bring water to boil.
- Add couscous vegetables cover remove from heat let sit 5 minutes fluff with fork.
- Whisk together yogurt Garlic and mint
- Transfer couscous to serving platter top with meatballs and tomatoes
- Drizzle with yogurt mixture or serve on side
